Terms of Service

  1. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
  2. The models are suitable for commercial use.
  3. Prices are in USD, and payments will be made via PayPal invoice.
  4. A $200 reservation fee is required to confirm and secure your commission slot. The reservation fee will be deducted from the final total and is generally non-refundable. If I am unable to begin your commission at the agreed time, you may request a refund of the reservation fee.
  5. Once I'm ready to begin your commission, an upfront payment of 50% of the total fee will need to be made before I start.
  6. I will need to review at least a sketch of the model, along with a list of your requirements, before deciding whether I can accept the commission.
  7. Please be specific with your requirement list. Any additional requests made after the project has started may extend the production time. For example, requesting a chibi mode, additional arm animations, etc. after I have started working. To keep my schedule on track, additional work may require an extra fee or be scheduled separately.
  8. The Live2D model file will be sent to you upon full payment via Google Drive or Email (or anything convenient for you).
  9. If you need the PSD or rigging source file, please discuss it with me. There will be an extra fee for buying the source file.
  10. Refunds will not be provided once the model is completed.
  11. Partial refunds are allowed before the completion of the model. The refund amount will depend on the stage of progress. After the refund, your commission will be discontinued.
  12. Please credit me (Twitter@Lanaoi719) when using my work on any social media platform. You may refer to me as your Live2D mama, papa or rigger.
  13. Your model may be used as a sample and shared on my social media in the form of screenshots, JPEG/GIF images, or showcase videos. Please inform me if you wish to keep it confidential.
  14. All conversations and information will be kept private. However, in cases of serious breaches of the agreement, such as refusing to pay the agreed fees or making an abusive refund claim, I may disclose relevant conversation records or information as evidence.
